Giving the body, mind, and spirit what it needsFood
For many people, food is a very emotional subject, touching us deep down in our core, and also one of the utmost importance - indeed, we are what we eat. Having said that, food is not about deprivation and lack of enjoyment. We don't believe in suffering to get well. Keep in mind here that it is more important to add in the "good stuff" than to completely eliminate the "bad". And for those unavoidable toxins, regular cleansing can help prevent them from accumulating to dangerously high levels, which would make you more prone to disease and suffering. Here, things like far-infrared saunas, liver cleansing, as well as gut cleansing, are effective ways of improving your health and well-being. |
Stimulating the "Vital Force"Besides giving the body all it needs, there are additional ways to stimulate healing and well-being, through what is called the "Vital Force", or "Vix Medicatrix Naturae", as it is called in Latin. Therapies like

When combining all of these modalities, vibrant health is simply unavoidable. The body is meant to be healthy, all the time. It is only if we neglect to take proper care of it, that disease can get the upper hand. Even for infectious diseases, there are two factors: how virulent the pathogen is, and the susceptibility of the host. When the host has little or no susceptibility because of a strong immune system, even infectious disease has little chance to create any harm. That's why not everybody gets sick when the flu comes around.
We look forward to helping you improve your health and well-being, for a long, happy and abundant life!
